Join the DEI Council as we host our Women's Workshop. Make sure you are signed up and have a hand in the start of something wonderfully collaborative.
We will be meeting on the 4th Tuesday of the month in the ERCC offices (for now) at 10:00AM. 

This workshop, exclusive to members of the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce, focuses on innovative hiring strategies aimed at finding exceptional talent in unconventional places. Moderated by experts Kelly Fisher and Julie Moyer, the session will provide attendees with practical insights and tools to enhance their recruitment processes.

Inclusive hiring practices can have transformative benefits. There are advantages to employing individuals with mental and physical disabilities, as well as other often-overlooked populations. Diversity can have positive impacts on creativity, problem-solving, and business success. Learn about and discuss practical strategies for creating an inclusive workplace culture, overcoming biases, and accessing a rich talent pool that brings unique skills and perspectives to an organization.
