The Movement Paradigm Summit is a multi-disciplinary event focusing on mindset, nutrition, and movement. This uplifting and inspiring Summit will feature experts in many disciplines who will challenge how you view your body and its movement potential. You will be exposed to unique and life-changing movement and health philosophies in a personalized, hands-on instructional setting. Featured experts will include Doctors, Functional Medicine, Mental Health Practitioners, Dietitians, Physical Therapists and Movement Specialists. You will have the option of choosing one of two sessions every 45 min and there will be several group sessions throughout the summit. Experience various methods to optimize your wellness plan throughout the summit.
