THE DATE. Saturday, September 23, 2023

WHAT IS MOO & BREW. Who doesn’t love a frosty craft beer or a nicely poured wine paired with deliciously prepared beef (and other delectable dishes)? Yeah, we knew you would agree with us!

Moo & Brew is a fresh twist on the classic ‘beef and beer.’ Quickly becoming a premiere fundraising event, Moo & Brew is nothing at all like your typical fundraising dinner. Read on to learn more about Moo & Brew and the amazing organization Moo & Brew benefits!

WHAT IS INCLUDED. Your one-price admission to Moo & Brew includes all night pours from the Antique Brew Truck (featuring at least five local breweries, one classic, and plenty of wine), unlimited visits to the grazing table (while supplies last), a full course meal including dessert, the opportunity to check out classic cars. All of this for the low price of $60! Buy the $75 and give a little more to the cause, just because. Don't miss out.

WHEN. Moo & Brew is held annually on the 4th Saturday in September (September 23, 2023) from 5pm to 10pm. Did you know that Moo & Brew is held in September to coincide with National Senior Center Month (after all, Moo & Brew raises funds for Chester County’s two best senior centers!).

THE VENUE. This year's Moo & Brew will take place on the beautiful grounds of Coatesville's Graystone Mansion. Surrounded by a cast iron fence, the Graystone Mansion sits almost center of an approximately three-acre, well-manicured, and beautifully landscaped setting. Aside from the beauty of the mansion, which Moo & Brew guests will be invited to explore, the grounds are home to notable deciduous and evergreen trees including beautiful magnolias and a large weeping beech. The spacious lawn will be the perfect setting for the tastes and sounds of Moo & Brew 2023!

CHILDREN AND PETS. Trust us, we love pets and children; however, persons under 21 years of age (including infants) and pets of any kind are not permitted to attend Moo & Brew.

THE FOOD. Moo & Brew organizers know the importance of pairing high quality beer with top notch cuisine. Follow Moo & Brew’s social media channels and this website to learn more about 2023’s menu!

THE DRINKS. Sip, Sip.. Hooray!! Working on getting beer from the best brewers in town. Stay Tuned! Oh, and don't forget the Wine! Lots of Wine. Drinks poured by a restored 1929 Model A, that was converted into a mobile bar.

THE MUSIC. How does that quote go? “There’s only one thing better than music – live music!” We also have a DJ! Let's dance the night away with Coatesville's own, DJ Teflon and our live band, Love Runs Rampant Band.

THE EXTRAS. Take a chance on winning a variety of beers featured in our Beer-A-Mid. Try your luck winning a wagon full of top-shelf cheer. Grab your chance at a bunch of grapes in our wine raffle or scratch your way to a stress-free day with a lottery scratch off tree & a gift certificate to a local spa. WHERE DO THE PROCEEDS FROM MOO & BREW GO. Celebrating our fifth year, Moo & Brew benefits Brandywine Valley Active Aging, a nonprofit organization working to enrich the lives of older adults (50+) by providing services that enhance the dignity and quality of their lives. Offering programs to help older adults maintain a healthy lifestyle, there is something for everyone – from health and wellness to engaging opportunities for social interactions – Brandywine Valley Active Aging is committed to preserving the legacy of the Coatesville and Downingtown communities by capturing the powerful stories of our members.
