Small businesses, the largest group of employers in the Greater Philadelphia region, have been devastated during the COVID19 pandemic.

The 10KSB program is a comprehensive 14-week program designed for you to create a 5-year growth plan for your business. When you complete the 10KSB program, you will join over 660 Philadelphia-region business owners and over 10,000 small businesses across the country to take advantage of on-going opportunities for professional development with this vast network of alumni. Classes are provided at the Community College of Philadelphia, the only 10KSB site in the tri-state region. The 10KSB program is fully funded by Goldman Sachs and is provided AT NO COST to those accepted into the program. ABOUT THE PROGRAM: The free, 14-week program was designed by Babson College, the nation?s top-ranked entrepreneurship school, and focuses on practical skills that small business owners can implement immediately to help grow their companies, increase revenue, and create jobs. The 8-to-10-hour weekly schedule includes out-of-class activities, assignments, networking events, and business clinics. All participants will create a customized growth plan for their business.
