Community Event :2023 Walk for Paws

Description

For over 30 years, the Brandywine Valley SPCA (BVSPCA) has been walking to raise money and awareness for animals in need.  “Walk with Us” again this year by becoming an event sponsor, vendor, participant, or by bringing the family out to be a part of the activities. As our largest family-friendly fundraising event, the Walk for Paws attracts over 1,000 members of our community to the day's festivities. 

This year’s event will be hosted at West Goshen Community Park on Saturday, April 29th 2023, from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. The day is filled with exciting activities that include:

• 5k color run ($5 off through 3/29)
• 1k walk
• Doggie lure course for your dog to run
• Mid-Atlantic Disc Dogs demos
• Live music from The Way Outs
• Yoga with puppies
• Axe throwing
• Pet costume contest
• Carnival & arcade games
• Inflatables
• Vendor & farmers market
