Speaker: David Burke
On a national level, David travels and speaks to audiences, companies, and organizations with a humorous yet challenging message. The goal is to have people take their leadership skill set to the next level and beyond. David’s academic background includes a doctoral degree in Education, with a focus on Innovation and Change. Burke has a master’s degree in Management/Human Resources and an undergrad degree in History and English.
On a regional level, Burke serves as the Assistant Professor of Human Resources and the HR Program Coordinator at Cabrini University in Radnor, PA. Previously, David served as a faculty member and First Year Experience Coordinator in the Charlton College of Business at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in New England. Burke’s dissertation examined the Millennial generation and the impact of retention and leadership. As a result, David’s research and speaking deals with the issues of the multiple generational workforce landscape and change leadership.
