Join us for this fast moving, humorous yet challenging, interactive workshop! It will offer a buffet of time-tested principles, highlighting the best practices of human resources and change leadership.  The goal is for each leader to impact the DNA of their organization by dealing with the murky waters of change leadership. 

The sub-topics of the presentation are not just sound bites, but they are a mandate for leading as a leader in the workplace that is ever evolving and changing at morph speed.  Casting vision, building generational bridges, cursing vs encouragement, understanding the internal and external culture, timing, emotional intelligence... these words and more will be the dessert of the lunch meeting.

Speaker: David Burke
On a national level, David travels and speaks to audiences, companies, and organizations with a humorous yet challenging message. The goal is to have people take their leadership skill set to the next level and beyond.  David’s academic background includes a doctoral degree in Education, with a focus on Innovation and Change.  Burke has a master’s degree in Management/Human Resources and an undergrad degree in History and English. 

On a regional level, Burke serves as the Assistant Professor of Human Resources and the HR Program Coordinator at Cabrini University in Radnor, PA.  Previously, David served as a faculty member and First Year Experience Coordinator in the Charlton College of Business at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in New England.  Burke’s dissertation examined the Millennial generation and the impact of retention and leadership.  As a result, David’s research and speaking deals with the issues of the multiple generational workforce landscape and change leadership.
